TOOL Corp. is exhibiting at the 47th Design Automation Conference from June 16 to 18 in Anaheim, California.

Visit us at booth 189 and learn more about the latest version of our LAVIS, a powerful layout analyzer including new support for OpenAccess data display. Register now for a private demo!
Also exhibited is OASIS-Utility for which demand for its large data handling capabilities is ever increasing.

LAVIS

New! LAVIS Ver.10.0
If you want sophisticated and quick net-base analysis from target component on LEF/DEF designs, Ver.10.0 offers a strong feature, called "route trace". Not only timing violation check, but "DFT to failure analysis" will not be a daunting task any more with this feature. Moreover, the node tracing in this version has another useful new feature, which locates you to the contact/via with the highest resistance.
Ver.10.0 LAVIS measurement system welcomes another new feature, which tells space and feature apart. This opens up customization opportunities to automated measurement of pattern features and spaces(Dark CD and Clear CD), very attractive to various DFM/mask manufacturing phases. If you want to dramatically reduce tedious manual measurement task, please contact us !

New! OpenAccess Support
LAVIS now displays OpenAccess database just like other standard physical formats such as OASIS. Then all the standard LAVIS features apply to OpenAccess data. Interactive data comparison of your downstream data with OpenAccess data is just one of them.

Rich Varieties of Interface
LAVIS's capabilities to flexibly integrates with other vendors' DRC/LVS tools and litho-simulators let you utilize LAVIS for debugging purposes using error DB file or timing information, or checking the results of litho-simulation easier.

OASIS

OASIS-Utility is a group of utility programs necessary for handling OASIS data. Included are GDS/OASIS interconversion, direct OASIS data handling, cell hierarchy expansion, and format and error figure checks based on the specified check conditions considering hierarchies. The check results can also be displayed on LAVIS for interactive verification.
