January 2010 - TOOL America, Inc. Office Relocation and New Taiwan Office Announcement

Tokyo, Japan - January 27, 2010 - TOOL Corporation (headquarters in Tokyo Japan, president Hideaki Hontao) announced the relocation of TOOL America, Inc., which has started the U.S. sales operation in Bay Area, July 2008. TOOL will continue providing high quality and responsive support in the U.S.

Also, in order to respond to the consistent growth of customer and partner relationships, TOOL has opened the Taiwan office.
